When placing your order, please contact us to submit four high-resolution photos of your pet:

  1. Front face photo
  2. Left facial markings
  3. Right facial markings
  4. Top-of-head markings
    (Ensure sharp, well-lit images to guarantee quality results.)
Notes
  1. This product is made of plaster. Do not soak it in water or let it collide with hard objects, as this may easily cause deformation or damage.
  2. The magnet adhesive adopts hot melt glue, which may deform easily at temperatures above 50℃. When used in a car, avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures. Place it in a well-ventilated and shaded area.

    Upload the selected photos to us, or contact our customer service to send them. (For the Oil Painting Series, please also upload a screenshot of your preferred art style.)

  • Step 3

    After placing your order, we will begin production. Once completed, we will contact you to confirm your satisfaction and ship the product only after you approve.

Can I preview my artwork before production?

"Yes! We send all customers a free preview of their artwork once it’s ready. You can then request edits as many times as needed to perfect it. Once you’re happy with your pet’s artwork, we’ll proceed to production."

What if I don't like my artwork?

"We’ll communicate with you before, during, and after creation– unlimited revisions until you’re 100% happy! Make changes as neededbefore shipping(we’ll send proofs for your final approval). Once you confirm and we ship, no revisions can be made. Your furry masterpiece deserves care at every step! 🐾"

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

"We’ll communicate with you unlimited times to refine your preview before production. After crafting, we’ll confirm the final product with you – we won’t ship until you’re fully satisfied, and revisions are free until then!"

Is my pet photo good enough to use?

"We check all pet photos we receive. Usually the photo is perfectly fine. If there's a problem we'll email you and explain the issue, and request some new photos via email."
